The project was a continuation of the 2021 Research Collaboration in the Area of Institutional Translation (RESONANT) project. The 2022 project conducted research in the field of institutional translation, focusing primarily on the skills expected of internal and external institutional translators and the unique nature of translation in an institutional setting. In line with the plan, a manuscript pertaining to the said area was finalized and published, giving due credit to CU’s 4EU+ minigrant scheme.
The research conducted by the team also influenced another one of the project’s deliverables – the creation of a syllabus for a course on the teaching of institutional translation, which was elaborated as well. The consortium team worked intensely on preparing a project application for the Erasmus+ Alliances for Innovation call. |
